HOW IT STARTED
A&L Construction Services is named after Alex and Luba, the husband-and-wife team behind the company. The business specializes in window and exterior door installation, painting, and trim, with a focus on delivering high-quality work and innovation to every client.
Alex comes from a family of contractors and construction workers and has more than 20 years of experience in the industry, including framing, roofing, and remodeling. His career in construction began while he was still in high school, and more than 20 years ago, he owned a framing business that also carried the A&L name.
After the recession, Alex relocated to Seattle for a fresh start. During that chapter, he worked in a variety of roles, including commercial fishing in Alaska and auto sales, before returning to the construction industry and building a successful roofing business.
He later relocated to Florida to start a family and built A&L Construction Services from the ground up, mastering a new trade and continuing to grow the business. Today, Alex oversees and mentors a team of skilled craftsmen while continuing the hands-on approach that has shaped his career from the beginning.
Built on experience, quality work, and a commitment to doing things the right way.
